Child Sexual Abuse

The purpose of this new law shalt be multifaceted: Deterrence, incapacitation, and just retribution. This law shall apply to all persons, starting in the United States and will eventually expand to a global level. No persons shall be above the law. All persons must he held accountable, from the low level internet predator to the higher echelons of organized child murder/rape. Those in power are especially the target of this new law, as they shall be made an example of, publicly. Punishment shall be swift, certain, and severe.

1. Death Penalty for Child sexual abuse.

2. Child Sexual abuse includes rape of a child.

3. Child Sexual abuse includes possession, production, and or distribution of child sexual abuse images.

4. Death penalty shall be by decapitation and the people of the world shall have the option to view the punishment executed live.

5. Safeguards shall be put in place not only to ensure innocent people are not framed, but also to make sure those who are guilty are not allowed to escape (ie. fake deaths, leaving the country, etc..)
