This proposed law shall be enacted in the United States on a federal level; the law shall soon therafter become international law. SCAC as defined by pres. f zach shall be punishable by death worldwide. Any and all nations and factions who resist the law shall be eliminated. A subsection of the law currrently being drafted will make all adult persons "mandatory reporters" for purposes of SCAC. Punishment for those who know of SCAC but stay silent shall be subject same punishment as the actual perpertators of SCAC.
