PROPOSED LAWS BY FAT ZACH:

1. PROPOSED 28TH AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION: Those found guilty of sexual crimes against children ("SCAC") shall be punished by immediate death by public beheading. SCAC shall be defined as sexual contact between an adult 18 years or older and a minor aged 15 or under. Discretion for punishment for SCAC by adults against minors aged 16 and above shall be left to the states. Sexual Contact shall be defined as any contact by the adult perpetrator toward or with a minor for the purpose of sexual gratification including soliciation/conspiracy or sending/receiving of sexual photographs, videos, or text. The scope of SCAC shall be broadly construed and shall not only include physical contact and messaging between perpetrators and victims, but shall also include the PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, DOWNLOAD and/or POSSESSION OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL ("CSAM" more commonly known as "child porn" or "CP").

2. PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT: ALL TAXES IMPOSED BY GOVERNMENT ARE HEREBY ABOLISHED AND DECLARED ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Government shall be self sufficient and shall no longer reach into the pockets of the common citizen.
3. PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT: The right to bodily autonomy, including the right to refuse or consent to medical interventions, is fundamental and shall not be infringed. No government shall compel, authorize, or enforce any physical intrusion upon a person's body without voluntary and informed consent.
4. PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT: Abortion shall be classified as first degree murder and shall be punishable as such. 5. PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT: Access to natural sunlight shall be declared a fundamental basic human right to all persons on Earth. All Sun blocking operations by aircraft or otherwise, by government or otherwise, shall be declared an act of terrorism and a crime against humanity and shall be punishable as such.
6. PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT: Permanent shutdown all weather modification operations such as H.A.A.R.P. and all related and similar programs (+Worldwide criminalization of all weather modification operations).
7. PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT: Factory Farm Reform Act (Better conditions for farm animals/livestock; protect farmers and farm land from governmental terrorism; increase grazing and soil sequestration).
8. PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT: Basic necessities of life shall be free: Food, water, internet, electricity, shelter...
9. PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT: Economic Protection Act; Employment Protection Act.
